Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatami paid a visit to the seminary center's media and virtual space pavilion in the seminary section of the International Holy Quran Exhibition; He had an interview with Hawzah News correspondent, stating that the efforts of the seminary have not stopped and is constantly progressing. He stated,” Since the beginning of the victory of Islamic revolution, with the decree of Late Imam Khomeini (RA) and the late Grand Ayatollah Safi Golpayegani (RA), the Islamic seminary system was established and the initial Supreme Council was formed.”

The member of the Supreme Council of Seminaries, while referring to the process of promotion planning of the Supreme Council of Seminaries, stated that there is so much to say regarding any section of the seminary and clarified,” Regarding the Quranic dimension of seminaries, it should be noted that following the victory of the Islamic revolution, the interpretation of the Qur'an was limited and it was limited to the interpretation of the late Ayatollah Meshkini, the interpretation of the late Ayatollah Khazali, and the interpretation of the late Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, whereas today the common interpretation lessons of the seminary reach more than 200 interpretation lessons.”

While presenting a report on holding 200 Qur’anic interpretation classes in seminaries, he noted,” In thirty-six years of interpretation classes, I have succeeded in interpreting 15 chapters of the Holy Quran.”
